Fitness with Challenge Tennis

We are lucky to partner with some great fitness instructors who offer a variety of sessions at Great Missenden Lawn Tennis Club.

Laura offers HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Bootcamps and General Fitness classes.

Club members are entitled to significant discounts on our fitness sessions.

Pilates and Yoga sessions are also available, running daily at Great Missenden, please see the club website for details.
